Approach

Our pedagogical approach is characterized by an open vision of language learning, one that takes full advantage of the natural and cultural environment of the region. As such, we are able to transform every learning stay into a unique intercultural experience. All the activities we offer encourage the learning of French through discovery and adventure.

This original approach is such that linguistic training, course content, and workshops are all conceived so that the discovery and appreciation of the natural and cultural beauty of Trois-Pistoles and the Lower St. Lawrence become an integral part of the language learning process.

The educational experience we offer emphasizes the distinctive maritime culture of the region, and, most especially, the ecosystems of the St. Lawrence Estuary. Participants will also explore rural and forest ecosystems.

The beauty, diversity, and accessibility of the region's natural attractions allow us to integrate existing programs of outdoor learning and adventure into our learning stays. Thus, our clients can enjoy the benefits of a sophisticated infrastructure of ecotourism, such as the Route verte (Québec's network of bicycle trails), the Sentier national (Trans Canada Trail), cycling paths and the Route bleue (marine trail).
